A partnership of vision.

Every project is unique. When it comes to craft workmanship, there truly is no one-size-fits-all building solution– nor should there be. We view each project through this lens to ensure your distinct vision is accomplished. By taking the time to thoroughly understand your goals and lifestyle needs, we can deliver thoughtful work you will enjoy for a lifetime.

1.  Listen & Understand

The key to success is clear communication. You can expect us to listen earnestly every step of the way and provide honest feedback, considerations, and updates throughout the process. When we initially meet, we’ll get to know you, how you live and what you envision for your home. We’ll also discuss the budget and where you’re at in your process.

2. Create a Plan

A smooth process depends on a solid plan. Before any construction begins we will create a roadmap that shows us exactly where we’re going, who’s coming with us and how we’re going to get there. This is also the phase when we will identify any potential roadblocks or challenges.

3. Gather Partners

We aren’t just builders. We’re facilitators. Building a home requires many people working together. When you come to us, we will help you pick the right designers for your dream home. We have an extensive network of partners in the Hood River community. From architects and engineers to home and interior designers, we’ll help you choose the team that’s right for your specific project and vision.

4. Build

Once we understand your goals and needs, have outlined a plan and established a team of professionals to help us execute on your vision, we will put your project in motion. Through our client portal, you will be able to follow every step of the process.

5. A Home You’ll Love

We build for longevity. From the materials we select to our unparalleled craftsmanship, our primary goal is to create a space that you will love forever. This is why we are so intentional about our process. Our clients can feel the difference, and we know if we have the opportunity to work together that you will too.

“…hard-working, organized, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. When they take on a job you know they will not only complete it, but ensure that it is done to a very high standard. We would work with them again in a heartbeat.”
