This gives you an informal chance to share a bit about what and why you’re building, and allows us to tell you generally more about our process. During this meeting we’ll dive into the heart of your project, discussing what’s most important to you about the project, what could be most impressive, the parameters and possible constraints. We’ll also talk through any reservations you might have, and determine what will make the experience of working together most comfortable and satisfying.
Together we’ll decide whether Craft Homes NW is the right builder for your project. If we are, we’ll make it official. You’ll pay a deposit and sign a professional services agreement.

Pre-construction looks different for every project. A smooth process depends on developing a clear vision so everyone involved is always on the same page. Working together, we’ll build a plan that shows us exactly what we are aiming to achieve, who’s the best fit for your team, and how we’re going to succeed. We will also identify and address any potential challenges early on. If the road ahead looks clear, we’ll finalize plans and sign the construction contract.

It’s time to put your project in motion. As construction gets underway, we will be present and you will be kept in the loop every step of the way. Through live-feed jobsite cameras and our client portal, you will be able to follow the progress and monitor the schedule and budget. We will have regular meetings, and value your involvement through each stage of the building process.

At this point, construction on your home is nearly complete. Think of commissioning as a final review to ensure everything in the plans has been addressed, and all systems are operational and performing as expected. We’ll create a punch list of all outstanding work to be completed before your move-in date.
