The home holds deep personal significance for our clients. It was designed as a retreat for the homeowners and their family, providing a space they can enjoy for years to come. The design features bespoke details and a human-centered approach, making it both special and ADA accessible.

The living room and kitchen boast wall-to-wall windows that frame a breathtaking view of Mt. Hood and the valley below. The open floor plan allows abundant natural light to flood the space, reducing the need to turn on lights for much of the day.

While the sleeping spaces are designed for practicality and accessibility, they also embody a quiet beauty that inspires rest and relaxation. The materials, fixtures, and hardware are of the highest quality, providing the ultimate in everyday comfort.
Green Living Roof
A green living roof seamlessly integrates the home with the surrounding landscape. It features sprinklers, engineered drainage systems, and a gutterless design. Additional advanced sustainability features include hydronic floor heating throughout the home, comprehensive exterior insulation, an airtight exterior envelope, and heat recovery ventilators (HRVs) to enhance indoor air quality.
Optimized Climate Control
We implemented smart home technology with remote monitoring, management, and security, along with adaptive climate control through zone-specific settings for optimized usage.
